Prevention of Sexual Harassment in work place (POSH)

Prevention of Sexual Harassment in work place is an activity taken by SPOWAC in a big way and is represented in many organizations and Institutions as an External member. The President Mrs Lakshmi Krishnan has undergone an intensive training in POSH and is also a POSH trainer. She is an external member in Several organizations as well as a Local Committee member in the Central District of Delhi.
